All submitted photographs must be entirely original.

In supplying images, the photographer grants a limited non-exclusive licence that allows CPF to publish the photos and accompanying text on the website.

The photographer must be the legal copyright owner of any work they submit. Copyright in the work remains with the photographer.

It is the submitter's responsibility to obtain appropriate permission from people or owners of property that are identifiable in their work. The photographer fully indemnifies CPF against any claims arising from the display or use of unaltered work on this website and from the infringement of intellectual property rights of any third party.

The site owners acknowledge the moral rights provisions of the New Zealand Copyright Act 1994, including the right to be identified as the author of the work and the right to object to derogatory treatment of the work. To preserve the artistic integrity of submissions, no work will be intentionally edited, altered, demeaned or misrepresented in any way.
