NZFW Red Collection Parade

A last minute addition to the CPF Fashion Week schedule.


 


There is space for a team of 15 photographers to shoot the Westpac Red Collection at 8pm Friday 7th September at Viaduct Event Centre.


The group will be included with other official media photographers and shoot from the media stage at the end of the runway. Official photographers are to be given the front portion of the platform.


After the parade photographers are encouraged to submit work to the Fashion Exhibition and Compeetition. See instructions in the NZFW 2012 page.


 


INSTRUCTIONS RELATING TO THE SHOOT


 


All photographers are to wear dark clothing. No flash is to be used during the parade, but may be used before or after the parade. Ideally use a SLR Camera with a telephoto lens and a monopod or tripod with legs tied together. A small step ladder or box is optional.


 


As we are treated as media, all photographers are required to accept the NZFW Photography / Image Rights. Please see details below.Effectively, No images may be sold but may be used for personal display or competition use by the photographer. For details see  NZFW 2012 page.


 


 


 


MEETING & TICKETING

Photographers are to meet no later than 7.30pm immediately before the parade, at the


CONSEVATORY BAR & RESTAURANT 1 -17 Jellicoe St North Warf Wynard Quarter, approx 100m from the event just along the wharf.  


Photographers will be required to sign the "Photography / Image Rights", when picking up their tickets.  For details see  NZFW 2012 page.

WHERE:    Meeting spot.  CONSEVATORY BAR & RESTAURANT 1 -17 Jellicoe St North Warf Wynard Quarter, approx 100m from the event just along the wharf.  


WHEN:     No later than 7.30pm Friday 7th September


COST:  $10 Members *      $40 Non members. 


 


* PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE ON THE BOOKING FORM SHOWS THE NON MEMBER PRICE. MEMBERS SHOULD ONLY PAY THE MEMBERS PRICE. This will be simplified, when the Members site is integrated.


 


HOW: To register, click on the enroll button, you will receive an email advising if space is available and how to make payment, if space is available your booking will be acknowledged immediately, otherwise you will be advised that you have been placed on the waiting list. 


Once payment has been received you will recieve official confirmation. However, if you are paying after 8pm Wed your payment may not reach the CPF bank statement so we recommend you send proof of payment to info@cpf.org.nz
